Since 2017, AWL has convened its biennial flagship event, the  Women Lawyers Conference as a space for women in the law to connect, learn, and lead together. What began as a national gathering has grown into the International Women Lawyers Conference, bringing together speakers and participants from across the globe.

Each edition has reflected the moment it was held, from the early conversations about gender equality in the profession, through the pandemic pivot to virtual engagement, to the bold regional platform we occupy today.
