Theme: The Future is Ours to Lead
The 5th International Women Lawyers Conference (IWLC) 2026 will be held on 12 February 2026 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The 5th IWLC 2026 calls on women legal professionals to not just take their place at the table, but to reshape the systems themselves. Across the Asia-Pacific, women are leading transformative change in courts, firms, and policymaking spaces. The 5th IWLC theme acknowledges the region’s diverse legal and cultural landscapes while affirming a shared purpose: to lead boldly, inclusively, and on our own terms. Whether it is advocating rights, embracing ethical tech, or dismantling barriers, women are no longer asking for permission; we are claiming space with purpose. We spotlight regional leadership that is collaborative, cross-border, and unapologetically driven by women.
The future isn’t just coming; it is being led by us.

Plenary #6 | Operationalising Success: Mindset, Marketing and Money
Synopsis: Explore how to price your worth, build a bold personal brand, attract and retain clients and contacts, and develop a resilient, success-driven mindset, if this matters to you. With real talk on money, marketing, and momentum, this plenary reframes leadership as a business strategy. Building a powerful career and life also means running it like a boss. Success does not happen by accident. It is built, strategically and with discipline and purpose. This plenary dives into what it truly takes for women lawyers to thrive as law firm owners, practice leaders, and rainmakers, and how to rise above workplace dynamics that limit your potential instead of fueling it.
