Introducing the AWL Shariah Law Series!
Our first webinar on 14 July 2021 will address “Pronouncements of Divorce” among #Muslimcouples.
There has been an increase in the number of #lafazcerai (pronouncements of #divorce) cases, leaving many #spouses suddenly in the dark about their rights in relation to #childcustody, #visitation, and #maintenance.
Join us as we speak to the Director General / Chief Judge of the Department of the Shariah #Judiciary, Yang Amat Arif Dato’ Setia Dr Na’im Hj Mokhtar and our AWL Co-Moderators, Aisha Zanariah Abdullah and Norliza Rasool Khan to explore the intricacies of the problems faced when this happens.
Participants will be encouraged to ask specific questions so that we can deal with as many matters related to #separation, divorce and other issues on this area.
The session will be conducted in a mix of Bahasa Malaysia and English for the benefit of a wider audience.
